FCSS agency is manned by competent and honest field officers with proven experience in crime detection, investigation, security planning and survey.

Our officers are the results of the collective efforts of retired, successful officers in the military who have been fully involved in the peace and order of our country. They have been commended many times for their loyalty, bravery, and outstanding and daring service in the battlefield.

The agency provides its personnel with complete and effective logistic equipment to carry out efficient, credible service.

The agency has its own communication network for efficient coordination and communication more specifically on urgent matters. Patrol vehicles are available to conduct preventative patrols which assure around the clock service.

Our security guards are provided with appropriate security training and passed the Neuro-Psychiatric examination.

Our guards are provided seminars every six (6) months in security training, professional conduct, courtesy, discipline, honesty efficiency conduct of duty.

Our guards are also trained in Yaw-Yan Kick Boxing martial art wherein the General Manager is a two time champion in national competition;

Our guards are all Filipino citizens, and at least high school graduates. Some of them are retired from the army, cleared by law enforcement agencies and without previous record of any conviction or criminal offense involving turpitude, at least 5 feet and 5 inches in height and of good moral character.

Our guards are equipped with complete equipment such as U.S. service pistol/shotgun, radios, metal detectors, medical kits, flashlights, batons and raincoats.

Moreover, our agency conducts a regular Sunday worship and Bible study for its employees and their respective families. Relative thereto the Agency's policy is to infuse to its employees not only moral and social values but also spiritual. We believed that a man who fears and loves the LORD behaves better than one who doesn't.

Our service firearms are duly registered and licensed with the PNP firearms and explosives division (PNP-FED Camp Crame, Quezon City).

Likewise radios are also registered and licensed by the National Telecommunication Company.

The Agency has a fleet of vehicles for mobilization of gaurds and equipment.

Our vehicles & motorcycles are equipped with powerful, multibased Police - access radio transceivers and cellular phones.

Other required equipment like metal detectors, handcuffs, teargas and etc are procure upon Clients request.
